Essentially, I want a method of allowing, say 4-6 (that I can define myself) MIDI notes to pass through, and any others to be ignored through the FX chain. I know CC filters exist (I have searched) but I can't find anything on MIDI notes. ![]() On Cockos forums I've seen mention of the issue being related to the 圆4 version of Reaper and the way it handles x86 plugins, and vice versa, but no definitive cause. Real Time Dialogue Cleaner The best tool on the market to remove complex variable noise, such as wind, nature sounds, traffic, music and room ambience. Hi all, I am looking for an FX insert on a track where I can filter out MIDI notes. It is also not an issue with my MIDI input as most of my MIDI stuff is done in Reaper's MIDI editor and this occurs during playback. I know for a fact that it is not the VSTis I'm using, as I've had this happen with several plugins (a Piano VSTi, a Symphonic VSTi and a synthesizer VSTi). I find that Reaper handles multitrack recording awesomely but kinda fails in midi editing, reaper lacks the tools for midi editing that makes Flstudio excel in. Currently I'm using Flstudio which is with a doubt a fast tool to create electronic music but it fails miserably at multi-track audio recoding. ![]()
